[LAFF] A few of my furry friends are considering...

I did some research on this as this kind of prompted me to put up into
about Brookfield on Zoo Trips section of the LAFF site... Brookfield
Zoo does host a couple of free days in the winter months. Tuesdays and
Thursdays from October to February, and Sunday and Saturday are free
in January and February. Also active military personnel get free
admission. Public transportation to their is easy too... hop on the
BNSF Metra line and get off at the Zoo Stop and walk 2 blocks
northeast. They also have plenty of parking and easy access to the
highway. Beats fighting local Chicago traffic to park around Lincoln
Park and heck, beats riding the CTA buses too.

But, yea, during the summer, you'll be paying atleast 10 dollars, and
thats only general admission. They charge you more for special
exhibits. On the plus side though Brookfield is much bigger than
Lincoln Park so you're getting your money's worth.
