[LAFF] 30% chance of 30 Wet Picnickers

In case of a rain-out, here are the plan (per an email from Stevie
earlier in the year and what is found on the LAFF homepage:

Events will start at 2 pm CDT so that folks can meet up at the park
still at the above designated time and realize the weather isn't going
to cooperate.

   1. The Enchanted Castle at 1103 S Main St, Lombard, IL 60148.
Activities include pizza, arcade games, bumper cars, mini-golf and
laser tag.
   2. Feast at QQ's Buffet at 579 Roosevelt Rd, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137
            * Buffet price is $10 plus tax and tip.
            * Event is scheduled for 5:30 pm or 45 minutes after the
end of "fun", whichever is later.
            * Unlike the picnic, this meal will automatically be
canceled in favor of the pre-bowling dinner for May and June.
