[LAFF] mailing list etiquette

Now admittedly I am subscribed to digest view, but there are a few things
I'd like to bring up for you to bear in mind before you hit that 'send'
button.

If you're responding to a digest email, please edit the subject so that
people know what you're talking about.  I'm guilty of that quite recently.

Second, if you're responding to a digest email, PLEASE EDIT THE TEXT YOU'RE
QUOTING.  You do not need to quote all fifty bajillion emails that were
sent.

Third, if you're just sending out a 'me too' email, please reconsider
sending it to the mailing list.  Perhaps it would be better received in the
origionators mail box.

Finally, I'm going to take a quote of a quote of a quote of Shale's
origional email.  You'll see quite quickly what I mean.

Please read that single line of text I seperated out.  It's too late to stop
people who've already done it, but I do ask that everyone try to be more
careful about that in the future.
