 In regards to the Milwaukee Kawfee, that's how it started as well.  It was
just the two main organizers (Skye and myself) for about the first month
before we got others to join in.  Then again, it worked out for us, because
we had already been frequenting the place for the previous several months,
and just gave us a solid time and date to go to it.

And if that's the same itico I think I know, tell him Fire_Pyro says hi.

Another thing you might consider is checking out the IFPL (Internet Furry
Proximity Locater)  put in your zipcode and look for anyone within a 50 mile
radius.  It doesn't matter how long it's been since they last updated, just
send out the details of your coffee meet to them, and stay in contact with
the ones that don't bounce.  And even if there are ones that bounce, see if
they have other methods of contact.  Sometimes it takes a bit to dig dem
thar furs out of the woodwork.
