[LAFF] Hello, all! Now it's MY turn! Our turn!

Since we are on the subject of intros:

  My Name is Kristiaan Michells. I go by the name of Dineegla on FA, DA, and FAP. I am a 54 year young greymuzzle. I have a large gallery of mostly black, morphed musclebuilders on Morphed-Muscle.com (it's a pay site that I volunteer to put my art on to get exposure) in addition to my furry work.
  I joined the fandom unofficially in 2005, after quitting my job to have my two hips replaced due to a degenerative hip disease. After taking a HUGE tumble down a flight of stairs on Christmas night, 2005, and shattering my leg (what a terrible experience!), I was laid up in a wheel chair for almost 4 months. 2006 was a depressive year for me. In January of 2007, I started experimenting by combining animal heads and torsos on my morphed bodybuilders. This led to having my friends in a Yahoo group push me to post my photomorphs on DA. And that led to FA.
  A group of other greys became my friends, and they asked me if I could attend AC in Pittsburgh this year (If my handicap would allow it: I'm currently on a cane full time). I'm glad I took the chance to go!!I had such a GOOD TIME! Then I found out that MFF was practically 20 minutes away from my home! And I loved MFF even more!
  So here I am. I live in Niles, Illinois with my new huswolf Musclewolf, a very famous Canadian grey fur with a lot of art talent and art work. He is also my Caregiver. Both of us are currently unemployed, but looking for jobs (And no matter what anyone tells you, people just WON'T hire older people, especially the disabled!) I hope that we can meet all of you soon! We joined LAFF because I was looking for friends to pal with, and a whole bunch of people told me about LAFF.

Just never got into the fandom or the community until 
recently.   Friends have been urging me to go to MFF
for the last few years, and this year I finally went for the first

told to join this list,   and realized I should've gone to MFF a long 
time ago.

I'm in Rockford, which is a bit of drive for most of the 
Chicago/Wisconsin events, but I manage to visit friends
in the Chicago/burbs/Northern Wisconsin area on a pseudo-regular 
basis..  I'm hoping to move closer to Chicago
within the next year or so, however.

Besides being a bear femme, I'm also a geek of many colors,  and have 
my hands in a lot of different fandom
"pies."   I'm hoping to be involved with LAFF events as time/location 
permit, and you may see me post now
and then.. but I guess that's it for now.  Just wanted to say 'Hi!"
