The rules are the rules. Most can be clearly interpeted without a team
of lawyers. And, if you have complied with the written, published rules,
you have a recourse to get these folks for overregulation. It happens
all the time. The FCC, who I watch, has been naied a number of times for
overstepping its bounds.
