Virginia Zoo’s two-month-old lion cubs are a playful pair

He is clearly a mama’s boy – clingy and a bit of a whiner. 
She is more like mom – rambunctious, curious and not afraid to hiss or growl. 
Together, the Virginia Zoo’s two-month-old African lion cubs are a playful 
pair. They pounce and roll in a clumsy jumble of golden fur. They nibble each 
others ears and faces. And they snuggle up, using each other’s soft bellies as 
pillows. 
The first large carnivores born at the zoo in 35 years are thriving, said 
keeper Charlene Wright.
