Subject: [Phoenix_Exotics] Humane Officer Training - Urgent Request

        I heard today -- and I don't know whether the information is accurate or not -- that somewhere, presumably in Ohio but that's not 100% certain either, a humane society was ordered to RETURN confiscated animals to their owner because the humane officer had not completed the mandatory humane officer training. 

We urgently need details on this case. If anyone knows or can locate anything on it, PLEASE let me know immediately. I've spent most of today searching the Internet for it and haven't had any luck.
