[FEL-L] Indiana SB 0582

I can't find any official information on the Indiana Legislature website but am told that there has been a bill presented, IN-SB0582 prohibiting the breeding of "exotics"... rather diffuse wording being that it bans the breeding of all cats but Felis catus, no comment on canids, and many snakes. If someone can get ahold of the full bill text I'd appreciate it. There is an exemption for display and educational facilities (presumably USDA governed) but that'd basically make Indiana a no-breeding zone for private individuals, and making things problematic for individuals to acquire new animals, as we all know how inclined AZA facilities are for selling to private individuals.
