[FEL-L] STATEWIDE SPAY NEUTER LEGISLATION!

If you have ever worked in the Shelter, Animal Contol, Vet, Humane, Dog Cat
rescue etc.. arena... Then you would most likely be FOR this type of thing.
The Thousands of animals that get killed due to human irresponsibilty is
sickening.  It angers people in a way you wont understand unless you do the
work. 
It wont hurt low income familes.. It will help them. There are programs
every where that offer assisstance to them for Neuters. Even Free. They may
have to transport the animal to tget it done, but its easier then caring
for a litter of pups /kittens. And better education for thier children.
