[FEL-L] US Senate Bill #1 [warning: long message]

The rules for federal legislative lobbying are different than each  state.  
As I said, in Florida if I represent myself I can lobby the  entire legislature 
on my issue without registering.  I just  thought your state might allow that 
also.  Federal rules are  irrelevant.
