[FEL-L] Slightly OT - A book best printed on manure-paper

The digestive effluent of many herbivores contains much usable plant material... I've heard of paper made from Elephant dung... perhaps this would be best printed on that, but never will be cuz that'd be an animal product.
   
  PeTA's own Ingrid Newkirk has a children's book out. I'm surprised that's Happy News to anyone.... but.... here it is... 50 Awesome Ways (according to PeTA philosophy) Kids Can Help Animals.

  I'm surprised it doesn't include "Give your pets to the local animal shelter demanding them be PTS so you're no longer oppressing them with your will". I suppose that'll be in the edition for teenagers.
   
  Ah well.... too much manure for me. Someone else should come up with a rebuttal of "50 ways kids can ACTUALLY help animals (rather than buying into PeTA's drivel)".
   
  Most things wouldn't apply in my area as at least 70% of the kids in my area still live on or near a working dairy farm and know full well what the vet's arm is doing up inside a cow and how a cow bellows with discomfort when NOT milked on schedule (lactating mothers know this feeling firsthand....). Ah well... enough PeTA-bashing for today...
