[FEL-L] Fwd: [pet-law] OT new senate bill

This may be just my opinion, but I've been a lobbyist for 30  years and I 
feel (without reading the bill) that any lobbyist worth his  weight could kill 
this.  I mean, come on!!!!  If "the  people" are not interested enough to get 
involved (like don't vote, don't  follow legislation or read the paper, etc), it 
is not anyone else's  responsibility to MAKE them.  Any good charitable 
organization could  make an excellent argument regarding the money it would cost 
them to make  such "announcements".  I'll bet dollars to donuts, you will find 
that  many, many lobbying groups will kill this bill easily.  I can't  imagine 
a group that wouldn't oppose it.  Just my opinion.  Keep  me updated, this is 
quite interesting. Thanks
