[FEL-L] Fwd: [pet-law] OT new senate bill

This is just to notify... we've not had confirmation that this bill actually is in process BUT... if it is, it's baaad mojo. If someone can confirm the existance of this bill in the US Senate in the form presented, I'd appreciate it.
