[FEL-L] Growing up Leopard

Did any of you people see the recent airing of "Growing up Leopard" on
Animal Planet?  Do you notice anything unusual?  I have been operating
under the impression that exhibiting our big cats is permitted while they
are 8-16 weeks old.  I am misinformed or has Animal Planet changed the
rules?  Maybe Bob Craig just bent them when they released his 6 month old
Leopard in the hardware store.
