[FEL-L] Cougar cub euthanized in Oregon

The noon hour passed with no one knowing for sure the fate of little
Lucky. But one thing was sure, we would not allow Lucky’s plight to be
in vain. He put a face that could not be forgotten on Oregon’s
completely flawed Cougar Management Plan.

Then at noon on Monday ODFW finally responded to the outcry, telling
KATU newsroom that Lucky had actually been put to death on Saturday.
They completely ignored their own 48-hour policy and put Michelle
Shireman and hundreds of concerned citizens through hours of needless
agony over finding a home for this kitten.

What an atrocity. It's time for some heads to roll in Oregon Fish and
Game. These people are cruel, inhumane, heartless, clueless, indecent,
unmoral, lying bastards who couldn't pass a high school science class on
conservation. They are MURDERERS. I wonder how they would feel if
someone came along and killed their own  dogs' newborn puppies, citing
'population management' for the reason it was done.

Oregonians: If you happen to rescue another cougar cub, GET IT OUT OF
THE STATE BEFORE TELLING ANYONE ABOUT IT!
