hmmm Times change, as do Laws. If you had never moved him out, you might be 'grandfathered' in, but since its been gone.. you might have trouble. Look to see if there Have been changes since 95. What are your State/county laws? Was anything ever in writing?
Good luck!

Subject: [FEL-L] Question
I have a Question to see what the kind of Input I get back would be,
1995 I got a tiger cub Montana Fish & Game gave me a permit a trip permit # and inspected the cage and I had to have this tiger tattooed with a # that they issued to me. I went to work for a company with other animals that was 23 miles from my home I moved my tiger up to the place that I wroked at and when this company or the people did not want this buisness any longer, well when it came to the end days the fish & game stated I could no longer keep my tigers at my palce because of the amount of people that live in the same area I do Now back in 95 there was just as many people in the area that I live in then there is right now Would I have a case against them because of the statement that they made?? and I so does anyone know a good Lawyer??
