Hello Doc,
Info on the folks running the Phoenix list is available on our website.
www.PhoenixExotics.org
The managing members all have a brief bio on the site and most are cat
folks, many are also on this list.
:)
The PE list covers all exotics though, so many issues are addressed,
including ferrets, mink, boas and many other things as well as cats.

phoenix exotic list and not run
by people who keep  ferrets and mink and boas but more by cats.
