Does this mean you are in support of USDA's position to ban decawing of

I am not in support of USDA's position to ban decawing of animals.  I  do not 
think cats should be declawed for the comfort of the owner or keeper  or 
trainer and feel it can and has caused untold pain and agony in many  cats but ist 
not my desion to tell you how to live.
I am not in support of the USDA making policy out of the thin air or  from 
the AVA or from the AR. I think it is your right to declaw a cat even if  its 
wrong, I think its against all or rights to have the USDA make  arbitrary and 
capricious enforcement of the animal welfare act.
I am personally opposed to it and think it is bad for the cat and the  keeper 
to declaw but I do not think you can legislate morality. 
I also seriously do not think it is right that you should kill 5,000  + 
chickens or hundreds of cows per big cat left in a cages in  a 
sanctuary/scamctuary/scumctuary. One life of potential misery or the  least serious un enriched 
captivity cannot weigh against such death  and suffering.
