[FEL-L] USDA no more declawing or defanging!

I'm not sure who this is directed toward, but that has
been precisely my position.

Hopefully, claw-less cats will be a thing of the past.

No one is being forced to to anything. For those in
these industries, the choice remains to 
work with clawed cats or find another occupation.

Does anyone believe in order to oppose any of these
