[FEL-L] RE:New USDA policy. No declawing or pulling of teeth

I was waiting on this and good timing with the recent conversations of 
the topic. --- Finally a wrong that is made right for the cats that will 
help restore their dignity! I'm just glad that USDA listens to the 
professional caregivers concerning this topic. Maybe with some added 
luck and hard work it will even be made into a law so that the 
unregulated big cats dont have to be mutilated.
