I guess no one told Mr. Chipperfield (and he didn't figure it out on his own) not to stick your head in a tiger's mouth! I've never understood the need to do that.  Seems like you're asking for a possible "problem."

  A tiger attacked a trainer as circus publicity photos were being taken today, biting the man's head before being shot to death by the trainer's brother.
  The trainer, Richard Chipperfield, 23, was in critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center.
  Mr. Chipperfield was attacked while more than a dozen tigers were inside a ring for a Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey circus photo session, a police spokesman, Bill Doniel, said. Some witnesses said Mr. Chipperfield had put his head inside the tiger's mouth.
