Since the "reporter" will not report the "other 
side of the coin",......   The continuance was an 
agreed re-set by both sides, mostly to 
accommodate vacations that the attorneys had 
already scheduled,....  Again,....it was an 
"agreed"  re-set.    We are looking forward 
ourselves to our counter-suit against them at 
that time as well.   That is another fact that 
the "reporter"  did not want to print.  But not 
the first time we have ever seen that,..huh,....
