  I, myself, and NEOPOA as a whole are pleased to announce the commencement of Project of the Month, which will highlight projects NEOPOA and its members have undertaken, or which are ongoing. Though it's not quite August yet, the project kicking off this new section on our website is announcing the commencement of a fundraising project that will benefit owners of traditional and nontraditional pets alike.
