[FEL-L] Robert Baudy cats

who has legal responsibility on his cats?  who properly owns them?  in other words, what does his Florida permit say on it, that is the licensed owner?  this will help me and others.

  As most of you know, Robert Baudy (south Florida) is out of the cat business. He placed many of his cats, including a pair of snow leopards.

  He still has a few tigers left. His good friend Lee has found homes for some of the cats; she will find homes for all of them. However, Robert's lady friend Kathy has been euthanizing his cats. Many are already dead. She knows that Lee has found homes for the cats, yet she is killing these young, healthy animals anyway.
