USDA nor F&G are responsible. They are a governing body that mandates  and 
regulates. We are the responsible parties when we say YES to bring any  animal 
into our facilities. 
 
It is difficult to turn away animals in need, but sometimes we have to say  
NO to protect the current animals under our care.
