I live a few miles away from the owner of Cheetahtu (Jan) and can say that she is much more then a respected animal broker. She has taken in many rescue animals over the years and has always given them loving permanent homes. Many of these animals have serious behavior problems that make them difficult to place yet she has made the time and effort to take them in and care for them personally.

She has also been given a mounted tiger that had unfortunately been hit by lightning. This tiger has been used dozens of times as an education piece that allows people to get up close to safely admire the size and beauty of a tiger. She always tells the story of its life and the importance of conservation and explains why it’s not a good idea for people to buy them without the resources and knowledge to care for them.

I have the utmost respect for Jan. She has helped so many people and animals.

Cheetahtu is a well known and well respected animal broker. There are
plenty of legitimate reasons to have a mounted cheetah. Because of all
the laws here, it is now hard to move these sorts of things around. If
it's here in NV, and was an animal that was loved by a human, I would
be glad to give it a home here. Incredible for educational work.
